Sort of isolated from casino area and quiet. FHU connections easy access. We had severe weather and decided to get a room for 1 night with our pets.

Run down with broken concrete and many dead trees. Given our convenient location, one is only steps away from all the action at Lakeside Casino and or satisfying indoor dinning experience at the Westlake Bar & Grill. Sometimes water pressure was a little low. Follow the signs into our park! Smaller casino but always a fun place to stop. Site was level and the utilities worked good.

Needs to be mowed. The front desk people couldn't have been nicer or more accommodating. Clean site, all utilities worked properly. The entire park has complimentary Wi-Fi and cable TV service - enjoy your stay with us! This resort needs some upkeep. No customer Service. Otherwise wonderful experience. Its convenient and easy to use but could use a little better maintenance. We are pleased to provide our guests with expanded hours and amenities to include reopening table games and restaurant said David Monroe, VP & General Manager for Lakeside Hotel & Casino. My only criticism would be that the grass needed mowing but then I was passing through and have no idea what the weather had been. RV park was efficient, but nasty with trash everywhere and the geese poop everywhere. Whether its for a short and or long term visit, we hope to see you soon!

Too many ruts in camp area due to oversized RVs going off pavement

It looks neglected. Due to the coming winter months water to the individual sites will be shut off till spring. Website was easy to navigate. Difficult to book. We would stay here again. No firepits was a disappointment We hate spam on social networks, so we won't publish anything without your permission. The RV Park was very easy to locate and access was effortless.

I think the casino can attract a better quality of patrons in high end motor coaches if the facilities were more appealing. Take exit 34 off of Interstate 35 in beautiful southern Iowa and head west past the gas station until you see the casino sign. It wasnt full. Lakeside Casino Resort RV Park will be alerted immediately and will approve your reservation after checking availability. The grass needs to be mowed and weeds pulled. However, the grounds are not well kept. The park clean and spots were easy to a cross. The staff was fine. Just walking around the RV resulted in shoes that needed to be cleaned. Table Games will reopen this Saturday, June 13th with preliminary hours of operation from 2pm Midnight. We got here and our site was taken. Food and our waitress were good. The campground is well planned, and suitable for a short stay. Easy access into park and site. Campground would be nice with a little maintenance. Lakeside's RV Park is the perfect place to stay with its breathtaking views of West Lake, easy access to fishing, entertainment, indoor dining and the best amenities in the area. Just some TLC would help. It needs updating badly. We stayed at the rv park. Goose poop everywhere.

There is also a very nice RV park in the town of Winterset we found. There is a lot of trash, and the geese have pretty well covered the grounds with poop. Convenient for overnight stop near I35. Our air conditioning took care of the train and road noise. Could be a nice park with some with a little care. Landscaping needs attention. Just call our hotel front desk for complimentary shuttle service! Fishing at the campground pond was great Several of the sites are unusable due to condition of the cement. Campground had easy access, clean, grass cut. The park needs som ongoing general maintenance.
