Because Ive been so happy with Urban Decay eye makeup, I decided to give theNaked3 palette a try. Beautiful job! I love the Naked 3 pallet too.

This color is dark and highly pigmented, so a little goes a loooong way. Obviously, for a nighttime smoky eye, I apply a little more.

If youre finding the colors arent showing as much as youd like, a great alternative is to use an opaque base such as a concealer or MAC paint pot.

I tried out the first one this morning, and though I do like what I ended up with, its nowhere near as pigmented as yours looks.

And it gave me brand ideas for our granddaughter.

Blend the colors until they merge seamlessly.

Curl the lashes and apply 2-3 coats of mascara (or use false lashes). My eyes are slightly deep set, and if I dont make sure to get some color up towards the brown bone, it doesnt show when my eyes are open. Grazie mille e buona continuazione!

Using the color Factory, blend the wing portion of this line upwards until you achieve a soft transition. Hi Shelby, that sounds like a great color combination. You never see yourself with your eyes closed!

A detail blending brush such as Sigma E36 is great for this as it gives you more precision and control. Draw a thin line along the upper lashline with Maybelline Master Precise liquid liner to finish off the look.

I used the Lancome primer back in the day. This might also help you in discovering new ways of using your palette. It doesnt flake and get under my eyes. Favorites by @hindash Eye Tone Intra Eyeliner; And since were part of nature, what a great rem, My go-to @diorbeauty No-Powder Powder. Its just my personal preference that Im more drawn to earthy bronze and brown tones but I like that this palette still offers subtle neutral shades with a hint of color.

I do have the Urban Decay eye shadow pallet that JoLynne uses, but use the mineral makeup the most & it doesnt irritate my eyes or skin., Have you tried Jane ire dale?

I love how with Urban Decay, even though people do really dramatic looks with it, you can also do a very natural look also.

That said, if you want to try an Urban Decay palette but dont want to shell out the $54, try theNaked Smoky Palette its half off at Nordstrom Rack, and even though its called Smoky, you dont have to do a smoky eye with it.

Layering the shadows by pressing the color onto the skin (rather than swiping motion) also helps build the intensity. I always either cover my eye lids with concealer or an eye primer such as Urban Decay Primer Potion.
