It was fast process; I had gone to David's Bridal to get the dress preserved and they packed the dress and said that I just need to send it off, took less than 2 weeks to get my dress back!
Reasonable cost and premium services were worth it as an add-on!

The package slip was hard to print and the website to make the slip was accessed through one phone, when it was tried though 3 other devices and did not work.

Before packaging your wedding dress, wrap it in acid-free tissue paper for extra protection. It's so convenient and economical and your dress can be preserved for generations to come. Despite my worries that came from the negative reviews (on DB website especially), I couldn't find a better deal than $99 plus another $15 to add my veil. I received the box to ship it to the company very quickly.

Never store your wedding dress in plastic. Such a beautiful job was done! Your best bet is to store the dress in. Shaped and sealed with the vail delicately draped over the gown. Amazing! Really easy process and did not take long to get my dress cleaned and preserved. These items can be a veil, garter, purse, gloves and more!

I dropped the dress off at UPS and it came back beautifully boxed within a 2 week period. I sent everything to them and within a week or 2 I recieved my dress back and looks better then ever! If you have chosen to tackle the job yourself, you'll need storage supplies.

I did not receive any of those options. It took me calling and leaving multiple messages, calling Davids Bridal to have them call, and using a friend's cell to get someone on the phone.
If you're packing your wedding dress in a cardboard box, even if it's touted as being acid free, you'll have to change the box every five years or so. My box came in and instructed me on how to box it up and ship it off.
