Overall though we found ourselves going to carribean beach for quick service and their gift shop. My boys (twins, 5) absolutely love the splash area. Beautiful hotel!! Overall, as I said, I was let down, and this resort left me with practically no vibe, no good feeling, and absolutely no lingering at all, I shall never ever consider this resort, ever again. The skyliner was very convenient and we never had a long wait or big crowd for a bus to MK or Disney Springs. Lakes Entrance is an excellent base to explore the surrounding areas of stunning beauty.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. The water temperature was warm and there are some waves too. I hope someone reads this and finds a different resort. There are only 2 restaurants - an all-Buffet restaurant which serves breakfast, lunch and dinner ; and another a-la-Carters restaurant. Maybe one or two Korean families. We call front desk again and report nothing improved since the last guy came.

The food is awful. Nearby attractions include Esplanade Mini Golf (0.3 miles), Blackball & Basket Mini Golf (0.3 miles), and RAD RC (0.3 miles). The buffet breakfast has a lot of varieties and we cannot complain. The rooms were large and clean! Instead, it got my attention via a very interesting promotion, which offers an all-day buffet for guests staying in the resort. Spent a lovely day at the pool.

We had water views, and little traffic noise. Also liked Luna at the spa. Since we booked our stay through a travel agent and they did not explain clearly our entitlements, this made us confused. Topolinos was, great. Our encounter with bell services was fantastic. Oh, BTW, the resort provides high quality wi-if which is easily accessible throughout the resort, a plus! Aside from the buffets, I was quite disappointed with literally everything else. We made some good friends on the staff. Its small in comparison to other Disney deluxe resorts with their giant lobbies but the boutique riviera feel is so accurate and make the resort even more beautiful.

Warmest regards. Both me and my fiance get so mad, we spent whole day attending event so we didnt pay attentiom to the room until bed time. There was a ton of storage in the room and the kitchen and laundry were great to have.Housekeeping came every other day and we never needed anything in between.

Our rooms were clean and we each had a balcony looking out to the ocean.
Currently at the one pool that is available to us there seems to be a private pool party that is taking up half the pool blasting terrible music. Every night there was a BBQ and there was chicken, seafood, pork and beef.
Stayed here as a cash customer and very happy we did. Would be the only reason I'd recommend visiting Nha Trang area.
