It costs money to try each dress on, which doesnt go towards a dress if you decide to purchase. We ordered my granddaughters dress at the designated time. Also, every single style of dress has a cinched waistline with absolutely no give. I can not believe the absolutely horrid customer service. I had paid for both dresses. While planning out textures and colors, Rachel was extremely helpful throughout the process. The velvet was a great heavy quality- we were very impressed!! She was able to help ensure that our dresses were shipped out in time which was a huge relief. If you don't return them in the ridiculously short period of time for the at home try-on you have to pay for them in full. I have yet to receive my dress but other members of the bridal party have, they are beautiful and well made. Fine, 30 days whatever. The production time is long, the dresses are standard sizes yet you have to wait 10 weeks for them to sew the dress together. Thank you so much for making us a part of your big day. All they could say is that it *might* be done 2 weeks after the wedding. Ive been in 5 weddings and these were the worst dresses by far. $200 wasted. But they did not. Meanwhile if they gave me a realistic expectation about their time line I could have gone WEEKS ago to see if I could repair it when I originally had a seamstress appointment that I ended up canceling. I am so glad that I found Revelry for my bridesmaids dresses! I have bought 3 bridesmaids dresses in different fabricsand each time I have been more impressed than the last!
