First, we reserved a tour for Upper Antelope Canyon, and discovered the day before the tour that we had been switched to Antelope X (was told it was because Upper Antelope was an extremely popular tour - which is why we booked it months ahead) When I expressed disappointment that we were not getting what we originally booked and paid for, the woman from the tour company said that I could cancel and they would refund our money. I made it clear from the beginning that we would use any tour as long as it would pick us up at our hotel. Andy is a wonderful tour guide. The bus was very clean and comfortable. Mr. Ken was very knowledgable and also very good with our nine-year old son. Lunch was great.

The most spectacular, amazing natural creation I have seen. The canyon is very nice for pictures but we have expected to be more spectacular. Matt also provided a relaxing and clean lunch at Glen Canyon Dam which was perfect for the next stop of the trip which was Antelope Canyon. It was easy to set up on line.
