I understand the pandemic is causing major losses for them but taking people money like this isnt right. UK clients only. Wife agreed to use Audley Travel for a booking to ***** and placed a $3600.00 deposit down. I will definitely be travelling with them again. Why? I promise you-Audley travel is not worth the stress! In light of the travel restrictions and my repeated appeals to Audley that my employer mandated that its employees cease all non essential travel, Audley has not returned my calls. This has been a nightmare all together due to the pandemic and I would greatly appreciate it if Audley would just issue me a refund so we can both part ways.
