The location is good to find, just entered the second intersection of Tulun left hand and went in, there is parking space, ten minutes to Tulun site, X park half an hour to forty minutes, airport two hours, 7 word hotel area less than three hours . Its decent, well appointed and I love the fresh plants and incense you leave in the room. Our room- 2202 first level was absolutely gorgeous, it seemed to be recently updated, and had somewhat modern feel to it. The overall resort is split across 3 sites which are all interconnected. Room was fabulous - private balcony with sunbeds and jacuzzi, great views of beach. Overall experience was above average.

It is convenient to eat around, there is a big supermarket, and there is a local life atmosphere, which is not experienced in the 7-character area. The air conditioners were a welcome respite for the intense heat and humidity during the time we stayed. We loved our stay at the Villa Pescadores in Tulum!!! Our 10 month old developed severe hand, foot and mouth virus on our third day( We are not sure if there was a virus at the hotel) and we ended up seeking medical attention.

I am a fairly experienced traveler and have over the years visited several all inclusives for vacation. I called room service to find out how to get the menu and that turned into a 10 minute conversation out of the twighlight zone. Visitors to Tulum will find that the Naala Tulum is a fantastic accommodation choice. There's no skimping on freebies - guests receive free continental breakfast, free WiFi, and free self parking. on beach they have also swings, and nice music, even live music sometimes. Just imagine dust balls and grease on the shelves in the fridge, then you might understand what I'm trying to explain. The biggest deal breaker for me was the lack of wifi. I suspect theyll soon be modernised as they are a bit dated but being on holiday I dont need the Jetsons, just clean and comfortable settings and for the money everything was spot on. I found the rooms at this resort to be very dated and old. , guests can enjoy Tulum-style breakfasts. we complained and they said they could move us into the correct room tomorrow. We only stayed one night after spending two nights in Tulum town.

I definitely want to try to recreate it at home. We received our complimentary teas every morning, and even when we couldnt wake up, they left our tea in front of our door so we had a nice pick me up before we headed down for breakfast. My partner and I had a pool facing room (Room 6) with a hammock swing porch. Amazing beach one of our best . We would highly recommend this beautiful stay and we would definitely come stay again.

There is no reception so the management has given all the burden to the security guys to run the property.
