Worbla is a thermoplastic material from Germany thatyou can get in many different countries all around the world. I've used it on all my builds and have had no problem with it here in Perth. In fact there are big quality differences. I would strongly recommend using Contact Cement and not super glue for gluing EVA Foam. Dont use fabric glue to attach Fabric to your Foam, it can damage some thinner fabrics and it is not really strong enough for most thicker, heavier fabrics like leather. Super glue is not nearly strong enough for most Foam Projects, the surface of the Foam has to be roughed up in order for the glue to stick and bond properly and super glue is not flexible, so when the foam pieces are being deformed then the glue will eventually weaken over time. Hot Glue is also quite a thick clue and when you want to glue EVA Foam very accurately, then you may end up with very ugly and unsightly seams and gaps due to the nature of the Hot Glue (and sealing the Foam afterward can be complicated.) Before you apply any Seal you first have to Heat Seal your EVA Foam, and make sure, that everything, including the edges of your foam, are smooth.
