They sent us a 2nd machine, shortly after receiving the 1st machine it stopped cutting all the way through the material. I had multiple issues with this Glowforge from the very first time I used it. While running the Glowforge Pro one day, I was cutting out a project and in the middle of the project the laser just stopped firing, but the machine continued to run as normal.
