Well, the short answer is no because preservatives are a must in products containing water. Specifically, according to the CIR panel report, there is a risk of an allergic reaction if sodium benzoate is used in concentrations over 5%.

Im an old Gramma now, so I just have one pack of wipes that I keep around for the occasional need, but its interesting to know that the plain old facecloth and water that I usually reach for is still the best option.
